The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) and the host University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA), saw Piedmont's lacrosse team top University by a margin of 22-7.
The Highlanders (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against De La Salle (Concord, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record.
The Red Devils (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Urban (San Francisco, CA). The Blues enter the Bay Counties challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Urban beat Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 14-2, in a non-league challenge.
