In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Auburn Tigers soccer squad scored a close 4-0 triumph over the Pike Road Patriots.
The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Phenix City, AL). The Red Devils come into the 7A Area 4 battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Central nudged Carver (Columbus, GA), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL). The Thunderbirds come into the 6A Area 3 battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Park Crossing nudged Russell County (Seale, AL), 1-0, in a league battle.
