The Margaretta Polar Bears softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Sandusky Blue Streaks to 2 in the Polar Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Margaretta moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Polar Bears travel to Boyd County (Ashland, KY) to clash with the Lions in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 5. The Lions come into the game with a record of 8-2. Boyd County lost 5-3 in their recent non-league game against Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY)

In their next game, the Blue Streaks clash with the Western Reserve Roughriders (Collins, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 1. Sandusky will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Roughriders come into the game with a 0-1 record after their 13-13 non-league Vermilion (Vermilion, OH).
