The St. Paul Swordsmen softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Santa Fe Chiefs to 0 in the Swordsmen non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, St. Paul improves its record to 17-6 on the year. The Swordsmen host St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA) to clash with the Saints in a Del Rey game on Tuesday, April 4. The Saints come into the game with a record of 6-10. St. Anthony won 5-1 in their recent league game against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA)

In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) in a Del Rio game, on Monday, April 3. Santa Fe will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Lancers come into the game with a 12-4 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA).
