The Ste. Genevieve Dragons baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host DeSoto Dragons to 1 in the Dragons non-league victory on Monday.
The Dragons (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Sikeston (Sikeston, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Sikeston was overwhelmed by Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO), 12-1, in a non-league match.
The Dragons (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Farmington (Farmington, MO). The Knights go into the Class 5 District 1 match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Farmington edged Van Buren (Van Buren, MO), 10-3, in a non-league match.
