The West Ashley Wildcats baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting St. Francis de Sales Knights to 2 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Green Wave go into the 5A Region 7 match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Summerville was overwhelmed by Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), 4-0, in a non-league match.
