The Pearl City Chargers volleyball team (Pearl City, HI), was edged 27-26 in Monday's league challenge with the host Campbell Sabers (Ewa Beach, HI)

The Sabers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kapolei (Kapolei, HI). The Hurricanes come into the OIA - West challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Kapolei nudged Radford (Honolulu, HI), 25-18, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers encounter the Waipahu Marauders (Waipahu, HI) in a OIA - West challenge, on Wednesday, April 3. Pearl City will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 25-17 league win over Leilehua (Wahiawa, HI).
