In Monday's non-league test, the host Newsome Wolves lacrosse squad scored a good 19-1 victory over the Robinson Knights.
The Wolves now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bartow for a 2A D9 test on Wednesday, April 3. Newsome will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-10.
In their next game, the Knights face the Boca Ciega Pirates (Gulfport, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 2. Robinson will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Pirates come into the test with a 0-8 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL).
