Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Seward Bluejays (Seward, NE), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars confront the Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride (Omaha, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 4. Gross Catholic will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Crimson Pride enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to South Sioux City (South Sioux City, NE).

The Bluejays now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to York for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9.
