Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks (Baldwin, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Pepin/Alma (Pepin, WI), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blackhawks now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Altoona for a Middle Border challenge on Tuesday, April 2.

With the loss, Pepin/Alma falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to Whitehall (Whitehall, WI) to battle the Norse in a Dairyland challenge on Friday, April 5. The Norse enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Whitehall won 24-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Osseo-Fairchild (Osseo, WI)
