The Southern Reynolds Whippets softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Winona Wildcats to 2 in the Whippets league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Southern Reynolds moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Whippets host Eminence (Eminence, MO) to clash with the Redwings in a Class 1 District 3 game on Tuesday, April 2. The Redwings come into the game with a record of 1-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Bernie Mules (Bernie, MO) in a Class 1 District 3 game, on Tuesday, April 2. Winona will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Mules come into the game with a 5-1 record after their 3-2 league loss to Advance (Advance, MO).
