New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Guntersville Wildcats (Guntersville, AL), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 10-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison County for a 4A Area 14 challenge on Thursday, April 4. New Hope will face a Tigers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Pisgah (Pisgah, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 19-4.

With the loss, Guntersville falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Arab (Arab, AL) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, April 4. The Knights come into the game with a record of 11-18.
