The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) baseball got by the visiting Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL), 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Boilermakers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Normal West for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Bradley-Bourbonnais will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-7 league win over Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-2.
With the defeat, Plainfield South drops to 3-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Naperville North (Naperville, IL) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Naperville North lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Oswego (Oswego, IL)
