North Carolina High School Volleyball - Weddington over Ballantyne Ridge

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Weddington Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves.

The Warriors (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres enter the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, South Mecklenburg was beaten by Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olympic for a battle on Thursday, April 3. Ballantyne Ridge will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
