The Cypress Bay Lightning were victorious over the host Coral Springs Colts flag football team by a score of 21-6 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lightning face the Flanagan Falcons (Pembroke Pines, FL) in a 4A D15 challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Cypress Bay will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 39-0 non-league loss to South Broward (Hollywood, FL).
The Colts (0-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Monarch (Coconut Creek, FL). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Monarch lost by Boyd Anderson (Lauderdale Lakes, FL), 20-0, in a non-league challenge.
