In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South Meteors soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Richards Bulldogs.

The Meteors (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL). The Cardinals go into the South Suburban outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Blue Island Eisenhower Thornwood (South Holland, IL), 1-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Chicago Christian Knights (Palos Heights, IL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 3. Richards will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 0-6 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Bremen (Midlothian, IL).
