The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE), saw Creighton Prep's baseball team get by Lincoln North Star by a tally of 8-7.
The Junior Jays (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Gretna East (Gretna, NE). The Griffins enter the non-league bout with a 9-0 record. In their last bout, Gretna East edged Pius X (Lincoln, NE), 7-1, in a non-league bout.
