Delaware High School Softball - Sussex Central sneaks past Polytech

The Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE) softball nipped the host Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), 7-6 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Golden Knights now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mardela for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 3. Sussex Central will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 21-5 non-league win over Parkside (Salisbury, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Polytech moves to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers host Middletown (Middletown, RI) to encounter the Islanders in a non-league outing on Friday, April 4. The Islanders come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
