The Glenbrook North Spartans triumphed over the host Vernon Hills Cougars lacrosse team by a tally of 11-1 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 3. Glenbrook North will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Fillies/Broncos enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 15-8 non-league win over St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH).
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL). The Patriots enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Stevenson defeated Palatine (Palatine, IL), 19-5, in a non-league match.
