Portsmouth Patriots (Portsmouth, RI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI), 20-0 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Portsmouth advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Patriots host Moses Brown (Providence, RI) to play the Quakers in a non-league game on Thursday, April 3. The Quakers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Titans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Greenwich for a non-league game on Thursday, April 3. Toll Gate will play a Avengers team coming off a 18-4 league win over Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI). The Avengers record now stands at 1-0.
