In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Vero Beach Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-6 triumph over the St. Edward's Pirates.
The Indians (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Boone (Orlando, FL). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Boone was overwhelmed by Windermere (Windermere, FL), 14-12, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Pirates meet the Community School of Naples Seahawks (Naples, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 4. St. Edward's will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Seahawks go into the contest with a 10-5 record after their 16-5 non-league win over Oxbridge Academy (West Palm Beach, FL).
