Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Western Branch moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bruins host Smithfield (Smithfield, VA) to meet the Packers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Packers come into the test with a record of 2-2.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cox (Virginia Beach, VA). The Falcons enter the Beach contest with a 0-1 record.
