In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Campbell County Camels softball team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Taylor Yellowjackets.
The Camels (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame Academy (Park Hills, KY). The Pandas come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Notre Dame Academy nipped Lloyd Memorial (Erlanger, KY), 9-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Deer Park Wildcats (Cincinnati, OH) in a Cincinnati Hills match, on Wednesday, April 2. Taylor will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 27-6 non-league win over Purcell Marian (Cincinnati, OH).
