Texas High School Softball - Jourdanton bounces Carrizo Springs

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Jourdanton Indians/Squaws softball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the Carrizo Springs Wildcats.
The Indians/Squaws (11-13) will now prepare for their match against Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Ro-Hawks come into the 3A Region IV District 26 match with a 8-13 record. In their last match, Randolph notched a victory over Poteet (Poteet, TX), 9-3, in a league match.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Pleasanton Eagles (Pleasanton, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 27 match, on Friday, April 4. Carrizo Springs will attempt to better on its 3-18 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 16-11 record after their 6-4 league loss to Uvalde (Uvalde, TX).
