In Tuesday's league test, the Central Wildcats (Baton Rouge, LA) softball team routed the host Scotlandville Hornets (Baton Rouge, LA), by a margin of 22-0.
The Wildcats now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pope John Paul II for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 3. Central will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to French Settlement (French Settlement, LA). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Scotlandville moves to 0-6 on the season. The Hornets host McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Roneagles in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Roneagles come into the battle with a record of 1-6.
