The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) and the visiting Coal City Coalers (Coal City, IL), observed Lincoln-Way Central's softball team prevail over Coal City by a tally of 13-0.

The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Munster (Munster, IN). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Munster was routed by Lake Central (St. John, IN), 5-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Coalers clash with the Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Coal City will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL).
