With the triumph, Evadale upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Rebels host West Hardin (Saratoga, TX) to play the Oilers in a non-league game on Friday, April 4. The Oilers enter the game with a record of 8-12. West Hardin won 9-1 in their recent league game against Spurger (Spurger, TX)

The Bobcats now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Big Sandy for a 2A Region III District 24 game on Friday, April 4. Hull-Daisetta will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Sabine Pass (Sabine Pass, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-12.
