The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lincoln Railsplitters (Lincoln, IL) and the visiting Tremont Turks (Tremont, IL), observed Lincoln's softball team prevail over Tremont by a tally of 10-0.

The Railsplitters (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL). The Crimsons go into the Central State Eight bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Jacksonville was routed by Rochester (Rochester, IL), 21-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Turks clash with the Olympia Spartans (Stanford, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Tremont will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL).
