In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Pea Ridge Blackhawks softball team scored a nice 12-2 win over the Northside Grizzlies.

The Blackhawks (6-0) will now prepare for their match against Huntsville (Huntsville, AR). The Eagles come into the 4A Region 1 match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Huntsville was routed by Berryville (Berryville, AR), 19-4, in a league match.

In their next game, the Grizzlies confront the Bentonville West Wolverines (Centerton, AR) in a 6A West match, on Thursday, April 3. Northside will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 6-6 record after their 11-1 league loss to Bentonville (Bentonville, AR).
