Kentucky High School Softball - Oak Harbor bounces Whitley County

The Oak Harbor Rockets softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Whitley County Colonels to 1 in the Rockets non-league win on Tuesday.

The Rockets now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edison for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Oak Harbor will confront a Chargers team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Clyde (Clyde, OH). The Chargers record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Whitley County moves to 4-8 on the season. The Colonels travel to Taft (Chicago, IL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Taft won 11-1 in their recent non-league battle against Mason County (Maysville, KY)
