In Tuesday's non-league test, the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS (Worthington, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host St. Francis DeSales Stallions (Columbus, OH), by a tally of 12-7.
Next, the CARDINALS clash with the Lakewood Lancers (Hebron, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 5. Thomas Worthington will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Lancers go into the test with a 6-0 record after their 15-2 non-league win over New Albany (New Albany, OH).
The Stallions (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Central Crossing (Grove City, OH). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Central Crossing held off Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH), 5-3, in a non-league test.
