In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Lexington Minutemen baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Burlington Red Devils.
The Minutemen (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Arlington (Arlington, MA). The Spy Ponders go into the Middlesex - Liberty game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Arlington overcame Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA), 4-1, in a non-league game.
The Red Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Stoneham (Stoneham, MA). The Spartans go into the Middlesex - Freedom game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Stoneham was overwhelmed by Winchester (Winchester, MA), 10-4, in a non-league game.
