Colorado High School Baseball - Mesa Ridge loses to Discovery Canyon

The Discovery Canyon Thunder baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Mesa Ridge Grizzlies to 5 in the Thunder non-league victory on Monday.
The Thunder (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks go into the 4A/5A Pikes Peak match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Cheyenne Mountain ran past Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Grizzlies (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Terrors go into the 4A CSML South match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Palmer was overwhelmed by Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO), 15-2, in a non-league match.
