Illinois High School Baseball - New Berlin loses to Gillespie

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Gillespie Miners baseball team scored a tight 7-0 victory over the New Berlin Pretzels.
The Miners (11-0) will now prepare for their game against Staunton (Staunton, IL). The Bulldogs go into the South Central game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Staunton tipped Nokomis (Nokomis, IL), 11-6, in a non-league game.
The Pretzels (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Athens (Athens, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 7-4 record.
