Marlboro County Bulldogs (Bennettsville, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Trinity Collegiate Titans (Darlington, SC), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Marlboro County upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Lamar (Lamar, SC) to battle the Silver Foxes in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. The Silver Foxes come into the test with a record of 2-12.
With the defeat, Trinity Collegiate falls to 14-5 on the season. The Titans travel to Central (Pageland, SC) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11.
