In Monday's league game, the visiting Pope John Paul II Jaguars baseball team scored a tight 2-0 victory over the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons.
The Jaguars (21-5) will now prepare for their game against Springfield (Springfield, LA). The Bulldogs go into the 2A District 10 game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, Springfield by Northlake Christian (Covington, LA), 5-4, in a league game.
