Jefferson Saints (Edgewater, CO) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Manual Thunderbolts (Denver, CO), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Saints confront the Arrupe Jesuit Generals (Denver, CO) in a 3A/2A Frontier challenge, on Wednesday, April 12. Jefferson will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Arvada (Arvada, CO).

The Thunderbolts now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gateway for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 17.
