In Monday's non-league test, the host Thomas Jefferson Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Smoky Hill Buffaloes.
The Spartans now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Pueblo West for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. Thomas Jefferson will face a Cyclones squad coming off a 16-0 non-league loss to Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-4.
In their next game, the Buffaloes face the Littleton Lions (Littleton, CO) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 12. Smoky Hill will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 14-5 non-league win over Jefferson Academy (Broomfield, CO).
