The Badger Braves softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Chaney Cowboys to 2 in the Braves non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Badger improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Braves host Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH) to clash with the Skippers in a Northeastern Athletic game on Wednesday, April 12. The Skippers come into the game with a record of 0-2. Harding lost 21-0 in their recent league game against Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH)

In their next game, the Cowboys encounter the Struthers Wildcats (Struthers, OH) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 11. Chaney will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 0-6 record after their 17-0 league loss to Girard (Girard, OH).
