In Monday's non-league outing, the host Fitch Falcons softball team scored a close 4-3 win over the Cumberland Clippers.

Coming up next, the Falcons encounter the Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 15. Fitch will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 3-1 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Immaculate (Danbury, CT).

The Clippers (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Skippers enter the Division 1A (State) outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, North Kingstown was tipped by Cranston West (Cranston, RI), 2-1, in a league outing.
