In Monday's non-league outing, the host Steele Comets softball team scored a nice 16-0 win over the North Olmsted Eagles.
Coming up next, the Comets battle the Elyria Catholic Panthers (Elyria, OH) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 12. Steele will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 2-2 record after their 7-0 league win over Westlake (Westlake, OH).
The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Strongsville (Strongsville, OH). The Mustangs enter the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Strongsville was routed by Lakewood (Lakewood, OH), 10-8, in a non-league outing.
