The Berks Catholic Saints baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Antietam Mountaineers to 2 in the Saints league victory on Wednesday.
The Saints (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Oley Valley (Oley, PA). The Lynx go into the Berks County 3 match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Oley Valley was overwhelmed by Hamburg (Hamburg, PA), 2-0, in a league match.
The Mountaineers (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA). The Trojans go into the Berks County 4 match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Tulpehocken was overwhelmed by Kutztown (Kutztown, PA), 7-1, in a league match.
