North Carolina High School Baseball - Mount Pleasant loses to Central Cabarrus

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings baseball team scored a tight 14-7 victory over the Mount Pleasant Tigers.
The Vikings (4-12) will now prepare for their game against Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs go into the South Piedmont 3A game with a 8-10 record. In their last game, Robinson was overwhelmed by Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 7-1, in a league game.
The Tigers (10-5) will now prepare for their game against Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals go into the Yadkin Valley 1A/2A game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Union Academy tipped Central Academy (Monroe, NC), 9-8, in a non-league game.
