In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Johnstown Sir Bills baseball team scored a tight 9-3 victory over the Glens Falls Black Bears.
The Sir Bills (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Corinth (Corinth, NY). The Riverhawks go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Corinth tipped Granville (Granville, NY), 5-3, in a league game.
The Black Bears (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Argyle (Argyle, NY). The Scots go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Argyle was overwhelmed by Salem (Salem, NY), 13-4, in a league outing.
