Utah High School Volleyball - Hillcrest overwhelmed by Payson

In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Payson Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Hillcrest Huskies.

The Lions (11-10) will now prepare for their battle against Layton Christian Academy (Layton, UT). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Layton Christian Academy defeated East (Salt Lake City, UT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Huskies encounter the Murray Spartans (Murray, UT) in a 4A Region 10 battle, on Thursday, April 11. Hillcrest will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT).
