The St. Monica Academy Crusaders volleyball team (Montrose, CA), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA)

The Pioneers (4-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA). The Panthers enter the Prep challenge with a 13-2 record. In their last challenge, Polytechnic defeated Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, April 11. St. Monica Academy will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 3-0 league win over The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (Palmdale, CA).
