The Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) soccer bounced the host Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA), 9-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
With the victory, Eastern Mennonite moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Flames host Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Friday, April 12. The Yellow Jackets enter the bout with a record of 2-3. Randolph-Macon Academy lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA)
In their next game, the Chiefs confront the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) in a bout, on Saturday, April 13. Carlisle will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA).
