Westlake Christian Academy Eagles (Grayslake, IL) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL), 6-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the Harvest Christian Academy Lions (Elgin, IL) in a Northeastern challenge, on Thursday, April 18. Westlake Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record.

The Sobos now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harvest Christian Academy for a Northeastern challenge on Thursday, April 11. South Beloit will face a Lions team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Willows Academy (Des Plaines, IL). The Lions record now stands at 1-5.
