New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Boonton can't get by Verona

In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Verona Hillbillies lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Boonton Bombers.
The Hillbillies now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nutley for a non-league test on Thursday, April 11. Verona will face a Maroon Raiders squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Maroon Raiders record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Bombers face the Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ) in a Klank test, on Saturday, April 13. Boonton will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 8-3 league win over Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ).
