The Charlotte Catholic Cougars lacrosse team scored 20 points and limited the host Butler Bulldogs to 2 in the Cougars league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars (15-0) will now prepare for their game against Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Christ Church Episcopal toppled Riverside (Greer, SC), 11-6, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their game against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 0-11 record. In their last game, South Iredell was overwhelmed by Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 16-2, in a league game.
